A. Yes. We hold stock in our Sydney warehouse where your order is dispatched from. If a product is not in stock, it will say “sold out” or “pre-order' on the website.
A. Our stock levels are 99.99% correct, so you can be sure that your order will go through. However on the rare chance that the product you ordered is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know.
A. When a product is 'pre-order' it is currently out of stock and we're expecting more in stock soon. We’ll be giving you an estimate time of arrival so that you can decide to pre-order to secure your item at the current price. A. We offer a number of payment methods so you can choose the most suitable for you: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via bank transfer and cheque.

A. Shipping fees do not include any duties and taxes that could be required upon the receipt of items. Payment of duties and taxes (if any) is the customer's responsibility. All orders are billed in Australian dollars.
A. Australian standard delivery is FREE for orders over $50, or $4.99 if your order is less than $50
For your convenience we also offer an EXPRESS delivery service (for Australian orders) for a flat rate of $9.95
For international orders the cost of shipping is calculated online during the checkout process. Once you have submitted the shipping address, you will see the total cost of shipping as well as the total cost of your order (no GST added).
A. We usually deliver your package within 2-5 business days but often the postman gets it to you even faster (the delivery time depends on your location and the time your order comes in).

We will automatically notify you when we receive your order, send updates as to the status of your order, and notify you immediately when your order ships. We will also provide you with the tracking number for your parcel and you will be able to check on the status of your order online.

There are absolutely no intermediaries, agents or distributors between us and the Italian designers/manufacturers of the high-quality leather handbags you see on this website. We place new production orders in Italy, we arrange shipping, and we arrange Customs clearance for all items that we import. We pass our savings on to you!
A. We personally know and have established business relationships with many original Italian designers and manufacturers of the fine leather products we sell. We place our orders for upcoming seasons in person, 3-6 months in advance during our regular visits to Italy.
A. YES, we do. Your satisfaction with any purchase made on this website is very important to us. We know you are going to like our merchandise, and you will love our prices. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days from purchase in its original "new" condition with tags attached, and we will give you refund without any delay. For more details about returns, please read our return policy.
A. Yes, we are not responsible for the shipping charges on items you wish to return to us. If you are returning your order, please make sure to obtain the tracking number and insure your parcel.
