Where do we ship from?
All our products are in Australia and we ship from our warehouse in Wollongong (1.5 hr South of Sydney).
How fast can we ship?
Same day dispatch for orders received before 12pm.
Do you need to be home to accept delivery?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries in Australia. If you are not at home when the delivery comes, you will get notification letter and you can then pick up your package at your nearest Post Office.
How can you pay for your order?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Afterpay is available in Australia only. We also accept phone orders.
Are your purchases covered by warranty?
All Leathershop products have a 12 month warranty period, covering materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
Warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care or neglect (including scratches, rips, water damage, marks, etc.)
Is the shipping FREE?
Standard delivery within Australia is FREE for orders over $99, or $9.95 if your order is less. For your convenience we also offer an EXPRESS delivery service (for Australian orders) for a flat rate of $10
How does the Free exchange work?
Just let us know what you'd like to receive in replacement of your original purchase, we'll then send you a prepaid label to return the original item and we'll send you the replacement as soon as the original item is received. Simple and Free. For further info refer to our Exchange policy page
What if you need to return an item?
You can easily return your purchases from www.leathershop.com.au, for any reason, within 30 days from your purchase date. Just make sure that the item(s) you're returning are in perfect brand new condition and have the swing tags attached. For further info refer to our Return policy page
